Delivery
Here you will find all information regarding deliveries.
The delivery time is the time it takes for your package to reach the address you have indicated (home, office or relay point). These times are given as an indication.
Add to this time a time for manufacturing and preparation of your order by us. This time varies depending on the product(s) ordered. They are stipulated for each product and may vary depending on the number of orders we have to process.
Rest assured that we are doing our best to manufacture, process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipments are made Monday through Friday. (except public holidays)
In order to ensure quality of service, we advise you to choose deliveries against signature and with insurance (Colissimo with signature or Chronopost).
Depending on the quantity or weight, your order will be sent by bubble envelope or cardboard.
Deliveries are made to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Switzerland.
Shipping rates
The rates are set by the delivery services.
Below you can see the details of the rates for each shipment as well as the conditions.
The rates are inclusive of all taxes.
The store does not cover any customs duties or taxes that may be required upon entry into the destination country.
In the tables below certain weight/price ranges are not mentioned, but when ordering you will pay the amount for the specific weight range, even if it does not appear in the table below.
